FAQ and further information
"Village burning" on the map means what? - NOT available at the moment
If you look on the map and see some orange flames inside a village, this means that a fight took place in this village. At least one defending troop died.
Red arrows pointing on a village means what? - NOT available at the moment
Someone attacked or raided that village and lost at least one troop. The arrow shows you the direction of the attacker.
How can I set marks on the map?
You can set 3 types of marks on the map:
1. You can mark alliances
2. You can mark players
3. You can set flags to mark spots on the map
To set marks you need to open the map first. Down in the right corner, you will find the panel "Outline". Open it by clicking on the arrows pointing to the right (>>).
Now you see the 3 options:
- Alliance +
- Players +
- Flags +
If you click on the "+" on either of those 3 options, you can mark a player, an alliance (all members of the alliance) or a spot on the map. Alternatively you can right click on a place on the map and choose one of the options which pop up there.
How can I remove my marks set on the map?
Open the map.
Open the "Outline" panel if not already opened.
Click on the double arrow (">>") of the mark type you want to remove (alliance, player or flag).
Now click on the "x" on the right side of the marking/flag you want to remove.
What do the signs mean on the map?
There are 3 types of icons on the map:
1. There are 2 different icons for adventures. One icon represents an adventure with "normal" difficulties, the other icon is for "hard" adventures.
2. There are 2 different icons for oases. The "green icon" shows an unoccupied oasis, the "red icon" indicates an oasis captured by a player.
3. The marks you or your alliance member set are also shown as icons (flags) on the map.
Why do the villages on the map look so different?
You can see the tribe of the owner of the village by looking at the wall. Each tribe is shown with a different wall. Just because you see a wall does not mean that a wall was actually built in the village.
Depending on the size (inhabitants) of the village, there are 4 different graphics shown. If the village has only a few inhabitants, there is only a Granary shown along with the wall. The next level shows a Smithy additionally, and so on.
Additionally there are coloured villages (for example villages in your alliance - see also the description under "normal map").
Village of Natars are grey.
